I’m a qualified and BACP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor offering in-person sessions in Hertfordshire and online therapy across the UK to adults (aged 18 +). 

I have more than a decade of professional experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings supporting a range of difficulties including; stress/burnout, anxiety, low self esteem, low mood/depression, childhood trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. Currently I run a private practise in Hertford and work for a mental health organisation in London.

My approach is holistic and integrative, blending multiple theoretical and evidence based practises to support you as a whole person – your thoughts, emotions, body and relationships. This allows us to tailor therapy to your needs, whether you’re seeking space to process past experiences, practical strategies for coping, and/or support in making meaningful changes in your life.

I am also a trained mindfulness practitioner and am able to incorporate mindfulness and somatic based practises to help you build resilience, manage stress, develop emotional regulation and a kinder relationship with yourself. I have a particular interest in the ways brain, body, and mind interact in shaping experience, behaviour, and wellbeing. 

Whether you are seeking support with a specific issue or longer-term exploration, my approach is compassionate and client led, relational and collaborative, so we work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.

Training and qualifications

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to their ethical guidelines for safe and good practise. I work under regular clinical supervision and am fully insured for private practise.

I am also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and work within their data privacy standards

I regularly attend CPD to keep my knowledge up to date, strengthen my professional skills, and ensure best practice in my work
